HERITAGE FARM

Celebrate Spring with us on the Farm

We are excited to announce that Acton Scott Heritage Farm reopened as a Charity in April 2025. Want to celebrate the good news with us? We are open between 10:00-16:30 across weekends, public holidays, and Wednesday to Sunday during school holidays. Last admission is 15:00.

There’s lots to keep the whole family entertained. Come and meet our new arrivals on the farm, enjoy a delicious lunch at the Acton Scott Farm Cafe, interact with our costumed volunteers, and join one of our family friendly optional Guided Tours.

Acton Scott Heritage Farm is a Charity located in the Shropshire Hills. We are an independent voluntary organisation which promotes heritage farming, as well as traditional skills and crafts.

Discover the original Victorian Farm through the seasons, complete with working horses and rare breed animals, learn a new craft, enjoy the unspoiled countryside setting or simply relax in our beautiful Acton Scott Farm Cafe.

We rely on the support and dedication of our volunteers and local community who help to keep the farm running, our livestock cared for and provide lively demonstrations of life and traditional activities from the past.

Visit the Acton Scott Farm Cafe, serving hot and cold local food from 10:30-16:00 on open days.
